I’m Helen Alexander. I’ve got over 16 years’ experience working in multiple sectors, I’m professionally qualified in internal communication, and I’m a member of the Chartered Institute. Alright, that’s the boring bit out of the way.

My USP is empathy, actively listening to the needs of you and your organisation, and speaking truth to power. I’m a strategic thinker who can link communications plans to company objectives. And I’m particularly experienced in dealing with crisis, change and conflict. Together we’ll increase your employee engagement levels and solve business problems through gathering deep insight.
I live in Hertfordshire (but your girl has a coffin-shaped wheely suitcase and is willing to travel). I love rock music, making jewellery and all things goth.

- Chartered Institute for Public Relations (CIPR) Specialist Diploma – Internal Communication
- Studies in psychology (It helps me know what makes people tick!)
- Mental Health First Aider and Samaritans listener
